Our 7 Day Web Design Process.

We value commitment and nothing says commitment more than results. We make your life easier by delivering your website to you in just 7 days. Here's how ( 3-minute reading time):

Quote Acceptance and Deposit

Getting your website designed is just as exciting for us as it is for you. The process starts when you accept the quotation sent to you. Once you accept the quote, and pay a 50% deposit, we start designing your website.

Day 1 - Requirements Gathering

The first step is to find out exactly what you need, and what you want. We conduct a short telephonic interview with you, send you a questionnaire and collect your ideas and concepts for your new website.

Day 2-4

We design a prototype for your website and structure the layout. We add the content, the images and colours. We then send you the prototype for your views on it and identify scopes for improvement. By this time, your domain is registered.

Day 5-6

Any changes that need to be implemented are done so, finishing touches are given to the website and the website is then published to the domain for testing. 

Day 7

All i's are dotted and all t's are crossed. We publish the final version of the website to your domain. Your website is now live.

After sales service

You are now part of the VeeVee family. We share your website (with your consent) on our social media pages and our other clients to drive traffic to your website. For you to advertise your new website, we design custom social media posts for you.

The cherry on top

As mentioned before, we are committed. We offer all of our clients free maintenance for a month. This maintenance includes any minor changes and/or additions. If you need constant maintenance for your new website, we can design a maintenance package according to your needs. Get a quote!

  • Maintenance - For any website maintenance, our fee is R 225 per hour. Maintenance may include changes and/or additions. We also offer custom designed maintenance packages suitable to your needs. Get a quote!
  • Domain & Hosting - We do not provide hosting with our packages. If you require hosting, we will gladly register your domain and hosting for you.
  • Analytics - Google analytics is built into all websites created by us. You will need to provide us with a google account we can use, or we can create one for you. You will then be able to analyze your web traffic. Read more about it here.
  • Website Ready in 7 Days - That's how committed we are to you (excluding e-commerce sites).
